Preparation of budget
departmental establishment.
· Allotment of budget to head office as
well as field offices according to their demands.
· Furnishing of information as required
by Finance Department from time to time.
· Expenditure incurred on bonus is
reconciled with the Accountant General Punjab. Amount of dividend deposited by
corporation on the profit is reconciled with the Accountant General Punjab.
· Deal with the cases of pre-partition.
· Issue of no due certificate with
regard to the employees who are going to be retired.
· Scrutiny of accounts of levy sugar as
received from Punsup.
· Expenditure of establishment &
along with expenditure of consumer protection Act. and departmental receipt is
reconciled with the Accountant General Punjab.
· Compilation of medical bills of
retirees and correspondence with the Health Department.
· Preparation and issue of policy with
regard to labour contract, transport contract and registration of kandas each
year. Copies of policies of list of registration of kandas are enclosed.
· Scrutiny of tenders/rates according to
the policy and issue sanction after approval of Director, Food & Supply. A
copy of tender form specimen is enclosed.
· All the cases are dealt with the
approval of the Managing Director, duties of employees are given below:

tenders/rates according to the Policy and issue sanctions after approval of
Director, Food & Supply.

and issue of policy with regard to Labor contract and registration of kandas
each year and scrutiny of tenders/rates according to the policy and issue
sanction after approval of Director, Food & Supply.
Preparation of
Budget under Head 3456. Allotment of Budget to Head Office as well as field
offices according to their demands. Furnishing of information as required
by Finance Department from time to time.
Reconciliation
of expenditure and receipt. Deal with the cases of Pre partition. Issue of no
due certificate with regard to the employees who are going to be retired.
Scrutiny of accounts of levy sugar as received from Punsup and all
miscellaneous work of the branch like preparation of agenda of the meetings
held in the head office of account wing etc.
Reconciliation
of establishment expenditure and departmental receipt and under
consumer protection head. with Accountant General Punjab.
Compilation of medical bills of
retirees and correspondence with the Health Department.
